Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible until 60 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, an amount of 50% of the rent is due.

In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the entire rent remains due.

In the event of cancellation, all deposits made will be settled and, if necessary, refunded.

Later arrival or earlier departure do not give the right to a refund of (part of) the rent.
